decision making

We have all heard the saying "There are no rules on the street." Actually there are rules; we call them laws. Failing to follow these laws can result in you getting into some serious legal trouble. Yes even if you are the one being attacked and in need to defend yourself.
When we get into an altercation, adrenaline rushes in, and our sympathetic nerve system kicks in. This can cause us to behave erratically if we aren't trained on what to do.
Because of this, it is paramount that we tightly couple the training of our motor movements to our decision making. This way we can increase the chances of us surviving both the lethal, and the legal encounter.
